Sellmark Corporation dba Dark 30 ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Dark30 mobile application (the "Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service.
Information Collection and Use
We collect two types of information for the sole purpose of connecting to and communicating with external wireless camera system:
1. WiFi Network Name
2. Device Location (Required for connecting to some devices)
This application does not collect and therefore does not provide, sell, rent, share or exchange your personal information to any independent third party.
WiFi Network Name
We access the list of access point names (SSID) of the WiFi networks your device is near or connected to. This information is used exclusively for connecting to and controlling the wirelessly connected product. We do not collect or store any other information about the WiFi network, such as passwords or traffic data.
Device Location
We collect your device's location data to allow you to scan and find the wireless network of your product. This is done only when the app is in use, and you have granted location permissions.
Use of Data
The WiFi network name and location data we collect is used solely for:
• Connecting to and controlling your external wirelessly connected product
• For IOS, it needs location network permission.
We do not use this data for any other purpose, nor do we share it with third parties.
Data Retention
We retain the collected information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose described above. Once this purpose is met, the data is deleted from our systems.
Security
We value your trust in providing us your personal information, thus we strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. However, no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy.

Long-distance patrol work demands reliable imaging that doesn’t depend on ambient light. Dark30 thermal cameras allow officers to scan for stalled vehicles, stranded civilians, animals on the roadway, and unusual heat signatures far beyond headlight reach. On unlit highways, farm roads, and forest corridors, this improves response times and reduces the risk of collisions during high-speed operations.
Coordinated Team Movements
Vehicle crews rely on Dark30 thermal systems to keep track of dismounted officers as they move around the perimeter of a scene. Thermal visibility ensures every team member remains accounted for, even in smoke, darkness, or cluttered environments.
